Working towards goals...

One of my goals this year is to get rid of crap....I am going to purge old clothes and the mounds of "stuff" that is just sitting around. I've been wanting to get this tackled since last summer. I was so sick last year and thought heaven forbid if I croaked who would want to go thru my crap??? I got rid of quite a bunch of clothes already but I am going to be brutal today...BRUTAL I tell you!!! Send me strength!

Now I don't get many comments, but I am getting some weirdo ones with funky links so I wanted to let you know why the word verification feature was activated.

Even after the little celebration the other day I am still moving downward on the scale! So I guess these rules are helping me stay on track and it really isn't difficult. How weird is that? After all these years of yo-yoing something as simple as common sense, getting rid of processed food and sugars (real and fake) is working. Today instead of craving junk food I am CRAVING blueberries! I see a trip to Krogers is in order. They have the best organic blueberries I've had in a quite some time.

RULE 26: Drink the spinach water.
The water veggies are cooked in is rich in vitamins and healthful plant chemicals. Add this water to sauces or save it for soups. mmgood!

Today's dinner will be chicken tenders and asparagus & zucchini on the grill with oven potatoes. Delish.

Good for you Jayne! Purging is always good for the soul! Congrats on seeing results with all the rules! Have you ever tried mashed califlower...yummy!

Arrgghh - I miss blueberries! Always went here >>> http://www.leducblueberries.com/ when we lived in Paw Paw. Worth the drive if you're looking for somewhere to take the lil Cooper this summer.
