Well today's rule is pretty appropriate St. Patty's day since it's about colors.
RULE 25: Eat your colors.
A healthy plate will include several different colors, that's an old wives' tale that turns out to be good science too. The colors of many veggies reflect the different antioxidant phytochemicals (anthocyanins, flavonoids, carotenoids) they contain. Many of these chemicals help against many chronic diseases, each in different ways. The best protection comes from a eating as many different phytochemicals as possible.Hope your day was great!
