Sunny Sunny Sunday!

It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood. How is it in your neck of the woods? Are you going to watch the Oscars tonight? I haven't decided if I will yet...haven't seen any of the movies!

Eating well is going good. I fell off the wagon at the shower, but I didn't want to look stupid and not eat anything. They had a nacho bar. Something I need help with is my salads. I need a good recipe for a homemade dressing. All the dressings that I've found either have too much sugar or fat, or they have manufacture sweetener which I avoid like the plague. Do you have one that you love whether it's bottled or made? Please let me know.
Let's move on to the rule for today...

RULE 15: Get out of the supermarket whenever you can.
When shopping at the farmers market you will probably not find any HFCS, processed foods with an unpronounceable ingredient list or food items with fake health claims. And the food will be locally grown! You'll find whole, fresh food picked at the peak of their nutritional quality. The type our relatives ate long ago! This food is alive!!!

Have a wonderful Sunday...maybe I'll be back later today. CIAO!

I so want to do better myself!!! Sometimes I make my own dressing, but I don't know if its what you're looking for..I don't know that it follows all the rules! I buy the dry mixes and I put mostly water and balsamic vinegar in a container with a small amount of olive oil and add the dry ingredients and that's what I mostly use. Not watching the Oscars...I don't watch the awards shows, but I am watching Amazing Race and Undercover Boss! Have a great week Jayne!!!!

Joni...I was looking for more "homemade" dressings. It's tough as a bunch that I found use mayo, too processed or mustard, which makes it pretty tangy.
I'll check out the packets tho, just depends on the ingredients.
Thanks for the tips.
