I have a baby shower to go to in bit so I can't dilly dally....here's the next rule...
RULE 14: Eat foods made from ingredients that you can picture in their raw state or growing in nature.
Look at a package of Twinkies, Pringles or Oreos, check out the ingredients and imagine what they look like raw, or where they grow. You can't picture it! This rule will keep all sorts of chemicals and foodlike substances out of your diet!
