I was a bit under the weather so I will grace you with 2 rules! Aren't you lucky!?!?!?! hahaha
RULE 16: Buy your snacks at the farmers' market.
You can't go wrong with this rule as pretty much everything at the market is good eats! You'll find yourself snacking on real food rather than chips and sweets.
RULE 17: Eat only foods that have been cooked by humans.
Usually restaurants are corporations using some processed foods, with too much salt, fat and sugar. Cook for yourself at home or with friends!
I'm cooking for us tonight... chicken and veggie quesadillas mmmm good eats!
