Eat more fat?

That's what this article says....it just has to be the right kind of fat...pass by all the gimmicky food that says "lowfat"!

It's going to be a mini Mad Men marathon in my house today...I got the first disc of season 3 from Netflix today!!! Hot dog, I love that show!

On to the rule ....

RULE 32: Don't overlook the oily little fishes.
Wild fish are among the healthiest things you can eat, some fish are on the verge of collapse because of overfishing. Avoid big fish like tuna, swordfish and shark. Some are becoming endangered and they often contain very high mercury levels! The most nutritious wild fish species like mackerel, sardines and anchovies are well managed and some are abundant.
"A land with lots of herring can get along with few doctors" is an old Dutch proverb.

eat your fish today!

ciao
