I don't know where to start. Deep breath.
...I have a friend who had a horrible, horrible experience this past weekend. It hit me today and has really put me into a funk...I cannot imagine how she's dealing with it.....Ok from the beginning.....my friend has a friend who was out of town visiting her family in another state. Well her friend couldn't get in touch with her wife and was very worried. She called my friend and asked her to check on her. Well, she found the girl laying on their bed, passed away. She had been feeling really tired and rundown, and had a pretty bad cough. It sounds like she passed away in her sleep! SHE WAS ONLY 33 years old!!! A life cut short so young. I feel so incredibly sad for all involved. Dammit life is just not fair!!!
Another big deep breath......I wasn't going to do a word today.....it's pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things.....but I thought of one that fits while I was composing my thoughts....so here we are.... at letter "C" ..... and the word is CHERISH. Cherish what you have, your life, your family, your friends, even your possessions. Cherish the sun, the moon.... the birds and bugs. No matter what's going on in your life the alternative sucks!

So sorry about your friend. How sad to lose a partner so young and your poor friend to be the one to find her. Your word is perfect though and a great tribute to what's important.
